Our Return / Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your new Flower Boxes, but if you are not, we will work with you to arrange a refund for our standard product line offered through our Website store.
Refunds will not be issued for special build or custom ordered Flower Boxes due to the nature of your order. Any returns / refund requests must be made within 15 days from receipt of order and will be approved for unused Flower Boxes only. Cosmetic blending or asthetic design issues with your facility are not the responsiblity of GLFB and do not quality for a refund or return. Contact us for a return exchange authorization code, then ship them back to us. Return freight is your responsibility. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned goods.
Sometimes manufacturing defects may occur. In that case, we will gladly replace your Flower Box or refund your money within 30 days. Again, just email us and we'll give you a return authorization number. It's that easy.
