Our Shipping/Freight Policy:
We ship most product using UPS as our Shipping Service. Should your order require expedited or special delivery you will be charged for any additional freight charges and / or insurance cost related to processing your order. If your product is received damaged, you will need to immediately refuse shipment or, if internal, contact the carrier directly to report the damages and file your claim. Based on their determination, we will replace or re-manufacture the damaged product(s) as per their instructions for reimbursement of the replacement(s). As always, we will priortize your claim to ensure your complete satisfaction working with our shipping and freight companies.
